6.2. Marketplace Applications. As further described in the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Service, Atlassian Marketplace lists a variety of applications that can be used with cloud products, including Atlassian applications and third-party applications. Atlassian Applications for Cloud Products are considered “Cloud Products” for the purposes of these Terms (unless we specify otherwise through the Atlassian Marketplace). Third-party applications are not cloud products and will continue to be subject to their own applicable vendor terms. We may enable interoperability of Cloud Products with third-party applications in accordance with Section 6.1 (Third-Party Products). The terms “Applications”, “Atlassian Applications”, “Third Party Applications”, “Suppliers” and “Provider Terms” are defined in the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, which constitute a separate agreement for the use of Atlassian Marketplace. We may terminate or suspend your account and suspend access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including, but not limited to, any violation of the Terms. If you wish to cancel your account, you can simply stop using the Service or contact us by email, privacy@cprime.com. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, but not limited to, exclusive provisions, disclaimers of warranties, indemnification and limitations of liability.
